Beta Release of Adobe DNG Converter 11.2.1

Adobe released a beta version of their DNG Converter software that includes the support to some newly released cameras.

Adobe Camera Raw and Lightroom camera support only get updated a few times a year, and they were just updated in February. This beta release allows you to convert your raw files to the DNG format while you wait for ACD and Lightroom to support your camera.

You can also use Adobe’s DNG converter to import files into other software that supports DNG files but doesn’t support your camera model.

Support for the following cameras are included in beta version 11.2.1:

  • Canon EOS RP
  • Panasonic LUMIX DC-FZ1000M2 (DC-FZ10002)
  • Panasonic LUMIX DC-S1
  • Panasonic LUMIX DC-S1R
  • Panasonic LUMIX DC-ZS80 (DC-TZ95, DC-TZ96, DC-TZ97)
  • Sony A6400 (ILCE-6400)

Since this is a camera hacking website, it would be remiss of me if I did not mention that the DNG converter has command line support
